What is Sound Immersion
Sound immersion works at a cellular level. The frequencies move through tissue, fascia, and fluid. They meet tension you didn't know you were holding and ask it to soften. You don't need to do anything. You don't need to understand it. You just need to arrive and lie down.
Vibration you feel as much as hear. Moving through the physical body, through the cells, through the fascia.
Precise frequencies applied with intention. Specific tones for specific layers of the field.
Crystalline tones that dissolve the space between sound and silence.
The sound of water, of releasing, of things being allowed to move.
Clearing and activating. A rhythm that shakes loose what has been sitting still too long.
What you may experience
There is no correct way to receive sound. Whatever happens in your body is exactly what your body needed.
The body receives what the body is ready to receive. Your only job is to show up.
Who this is for
Women whose bodies are exhausted from carrying more than their share, for longer than anyone should.
Anyone who has tried to meditate and can't, because the mind won't stop long enough to let them.
People who want something that goes deep without requiring them to do more, push harder, or figure anything out.
Anyone who needs a regular anchor point for their own nervous system, their own rest, their own becoming.
Those new to healing work who want a gentle, body-led entry point that doesn't demand they already know anything.
Men, women, anyone willing to lie back and receive. You don't need a reason. The exhaustion you have been carrying is enough.
What people say
Real words from people who have been in the room.
My body has never responded like it did last night. I feel great today and had the best sleep I have had in a very long time.
Taz
What an empowering session last night. I was able to really open up and own what has happened. Today I feel more clarity and in tune with myself.
Shannon
Your delivery is exceptional. Your ability to connect and hold space is a true art.

What becomes possible
Most people arrive wanting to release something. Many also leave having touched something they did not expect.
Into what you have been holding. The tension, the grief, the patterns. The things that have been waiting for permission to move.
Into what is actually possible. Clarity, lightness, a sense of coming home to yourself in a way you may not have felt in years.
Which direction it takes you depends on what your body is ready for on the day. Trust that.
What a session looks like
Here is what the hour looks like from the moment you arrive.
Set up your mat and blanket. Remove your shoes. Take a few moments to settle. There is no rush.
A short breathwork opening to let the body know it is safe to slow down. Nothing complicated. Just breath.
Lie down. Close your eyes. The instruments begin. Layered, woven, building. You don't need to follow anything.
We close in stillness. Sound settling into the body. Integration time before you slowly return.
Gentle close. Time for water, quiet, and a slow return to yourself before you head back out into the world.
Ways to join
Whether you want to drop in, join from home, or book something more intimate, there is a way in for you.

Before you arrive
If something arises and wants to move, move. If something wants to cry, let it. If you feel like making sound, make sound. You don't need a singing voice. You don't need to have done this before.
And if you want to simply lie still in the dark and let the sound wash over you without moving a single muscle, that is equally right.
This is a reacquaintance of the self with the self.
Come as you are. That is how you are welcome here.
More from the room
Nyaree brings such a warm, open, and deeply heart-led presence that immediately makes you feel safe, seen, and supported. She provided a safe space which was nurturing and led me back to healing through my body. This has left me feeling more connected, empowered, and clear.
Michaela
I came in not knowing what to expect and left feeling lighter than I have in years. Something shifted that I cannot fully put into words. I just know it moved.

Common questions
What do I need to bring?
A mat or something comfortable to lie on. A blanket (your temperature may shift during the session). A pillow if you like. Comfortable, loose clothing. An eye mask can deepen the experience. Water to drink before and after.
Do I need any experience with sound healing?
None at all. You need only to be willing to lie down and receive. No background, no practice, no preparation required.
What if I fall asleep?
Many people do. The body receives the sound whether you are conscious or not. If you fall asleep, your body chose what it needed most. That is not failure. That is trust.
What if I don't feel anything?
That is also right. Don't chase a particular experience and don't compare sessions. The body receives what it is ready to receive. Something may shift that you won't notice until tomorrow, or next week.
How may I feel afterwards?
Deeply rested. Quieter. Floaty. For some, the hours after are tender or emotional. That is integration. Drink water, stay off screens for a little while, and let the processing happen in its own time.
Should I eat beforehand?
Avoid a heavy meal two to three hours before. The body processes more freely when it is not focused on digestion.
Can I attend if I am pregnant?
Yes, sound immersion is one of the gentlest modalities available during pregnancy. Please let me know in advance so I can hold you with appropriate care and adjust anything needed.
Is online as effective as in-person?
Energy is not confined by geography. You receive the transmission from wherever you are. Set up your space as you would in the room: mat, blanket, dim the lights, close the door. Give yourself the same conditions and the experience will meet you there.
Your guide
I came to sound immersion because I know what it is to live in a body that has forgotten how to rest.
I spent years learning to manage, to push through, to hold it together for everyone around me. And then I discovered what happened when I stopped doing anything and simply let sound move through me.
I am a somatic facilitator, breathwork guide, energy clearing practitioner, and clinical aromatherapist with over 20 years in natural therapies. I work with women and anyone ready to come home to themselves, through the body rather than around it.
Sound immersion is one of the most accessible, deeply effective modalities I have ever witnessed. It asks nothing of you. And it gives back something most of us have been hungry for without knowing what to call it.
Rest. Real rest. The kind the body chooses for itself.
Come back to your senses. 💫
